I know I've been gone for a bit, but in my absence fall fashion has flooded in!!!

True to form, I've picked out a few must-have shoes for the fall fashionista...

These Gucci pixies zipper boots are hot, hot, hot! An excellent update on the classic black leather boot.

I'm not a fan of studs and spikes that are so huge right now. But these Giuseppe Zanotti peep-toe pumps add a bit of edge and hardware for shoe lovers like me.

The Dolce & Gabbana suede platform wedge bootie. Who knew that Herman Munster meets Kate Moss could be so fabulous?!

Finally, to fulfill your need for gold accents, these Christian Louboutin's are perfect.

Hutson, I love you already

The new line (by the same husband/wife of Obedient Sons) Hutson is making waves. This wool ruffled dress is part of their new collection and absolutely fabulous. I love ruffles as is. Add wool... what a perfect combination for fall!

Stella McCartney and CC love chunky

Most coveted piece for fall: Stella McCartney oversized chunky knit cape.

Even though it's barely reached 80 degrees here in Denver, this cool weather piece needs to be in my closet. Too bad it's already sold out on net-a-porter. Boo! I guess I have found my summer mission.

Vivienne Westwood plus a little something

So, I know I've become the dress and shoe bag blog. What can I say? I'm most inspired by great pieces, which I find to normally be accessories. But, I'm being short-sided. There are so many amazing pieces out there in the form of apparel. So, I'm going to make a great effort to try to start working in some more clothing.

Vivienne Westwood is a good place to start, don't you think?! The plaid, the draping, the criss-cross back. Love it!

This beautiful silk piece is amazing as well. Again, the draping got me. And I am a sucker for white this season. This piece is in her Gold Label collection. All stunning pieces...

And... I'm sorry! I couldn't help it!!! These new Alexander McQueen's are sick! Check out the detail on the zipper! And I am justifying this discretion with the fact that these booties would be amazing with at least the plaid Vivienne Westwood dress. And maybe the white silk, for those of you more daring...

Ohhhhhhh...look at the back detailing... I love shoes!!!

Just got my W magazine today with Bruce and Emma Willis in a crazy spread. As interesting as the newlyweds are, I couldn't take my eyes off these Nina Ricci booties. Out of control!
